Shipping

• Shipping cost: Free on all orders.

• Delivery times: vary by destination and carrier. You will receive an email with your tracking number as soon as your order has been handed over to the courier.

• Important notes: Orders may be subject to payment and availability checks before dispatch. We do not ship to P.O. boxes.

Returns

• Return cost: Paid by the customer.
  You may use your preferred carrier or request a pickup arranged by us; in that case, the return cost will be deducted from your refund.

• Conditions: Items must be returned unused, in perfect condition, with all tags, accessories, and the original packaging.

• Refund timing: Refunds are issued after the quality check of the returned item(s) and to the original payment method (return shipping costs are non-refundable).

Duties & Import Taxes

• For deliveries to non-EU countries, customs duties, local taxes, and clearance fees are always the customer’s responsibility and are non-refundable in case of return. The amount and any payment request are determined by the destination country’s customs authorities.
